Madaula has created a new tool for swiss type Citizen Lathes, models K12 and K16. This innovative new product provides a completely new solution that previously did not exist in the market. This new tool has been developed and produced exclusively by Madaula.
Our client, a provider in the field of micro medical devices, needed a tool that would allow operate at any designated angle on the axis of the piece. Our customer sought to the market a solution that would allow this kind of operation, but did not find any solution that fitted their needs.
For this reason, they purposed us to develop a new tool holder that could meet their requirements.

Madaula Technical Office conducted a study for the development of this toolholder. The main problems we faced was how to fix the tool holder to the gang, and how to do it small enough to occupy minimal space on the machine.
With the results of this study, Madaula has developed and produced a unique innovative solution that meets the requirements of our client.
